Pharma, Automobile, Metal, Tyre, Glass, Chemical, Healthcare, Warehousing and Water Treatment.
His extensive experience extends globally, including projects in locations with extreme climatic
conditions, from -38 degrees Celsius in East Asia to 50 degrees Celsius in Middle East. Tackled
challenges in the Himalayan Range with seismic activity reaching up to 8MMS and the cyclonic
belt of the Indian Peninsula, where wind speeds reach up to 200 km/hr.

Head – Business Development
A NICMAR post graduate. He has gained the experience of dealing with interdisciplinary Design
Coordination and Project Management for Projects like Automobile, Chemical, Pharma, Metal,
Tyre, FMCG, Warehousing, Power Plants and Water Treatment. He had been part of Pharma industry,
infrastructure and EPC contracting.
This wealth of technical acumen and financial maturity acquired over the years manifests in his
project delivery.
TEJAL TAKALKAR NAIKAREPATIL
Head – Architecture
A graduate of Dr. B.N. College of Architecture, Pune. Tejal Takalkar Naikarepatil is an architect with a
strong inclination towards experiential, concept-driven design.
Tejal’s work is rooted in thoughtful planning, strong conceptual clarity, and sensitive spatial articulation.
Her design approach seamlessly bridges architecture and interiors, ensuring every space feels cohesive,
functional, and emotionally resonant.
At the core of her practice lies design development, planning, and concept creation, where each project
is carefully curated to reflect the lifestyle, aspirations, and personality of the people who inhabit it.
Through a balance of detail, atmosphere, and context, Tejal creates spaces that are not only well-crafted
—but also deeply engaging and meaningful.
